Refunds are available for customers who receive incorrect or damaged items. If this happens, simply email us at info@theinterlude.com with photos of the affected items, and we’ll take care of it.
Exchanges are not available at this time. To ensure the best fit, please refer to our sizing charts, available in the product description section of each item. On rare occasions, an item may arrive mislabeled. If this happens, contact us at info@theinterlude.com within a week of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a replacement or provide a refund.
